Who we are The Western Maryland Watercolor Society is an independent organization under the control of the membership. Membership meetings are open to any interested individual.
We are organized to provide services to those interested in watercolor painting. The business year is September through August. General meetings will be held the first Monday of each month in the months of September through June unless otherwise directed by the Executive Board.
Mission Statement: The purpose of the club shall be to promote and to help develop the aesthetic and professional interest of watercolor painting to its own members and the public.
